New Images of Life Website Launched

Evening all,

After a frustrating couple of days getting my new website up and running, the new site is now available at Images of Life - Underwater Photography Portraits Print Sales :: Home.

The site is now setup with a series of galleries showcasing the different areas of photography that I cover, a searchable stock library with some 1500 captioned and keyworded photos (which is being added to daily) and print sales options with Paypal integration and finally details of the photography courses that I will be running.

Unfortunately due to the host I have moved to all the hotlinks to the images that I had previously displayed throughout DIRx are now defunct and I will be working over the next couple of days to get those re-instated. Please bear me with me while this updating is going on.

I would appreciate any comments you have regarding this site and any ways in which the site could be improved.

I hope you enjoy looking through the new site.

Regards

It is nice idea and I see you have spent some time and effort building it up. I would suggest that only TOP shots are for sale and the rest is given for free. There are plenty of “Point & Shoot” images where composition is not existing or highly outstanding and I wouldn’t display them publicly. Try to evaluate your shots or ask your friend to do it and filter out images that are not good enough for being published. It will increase your credit.
I’m also learning how to shoot images right but it is not always easy. Evaluating them is probably even more difficult. Keep only good shots in your galleries aspecialy the ones that are for sale.

Best regards,
Frank
