Glad i booked my DIR-F when i did. Couldn't do it now......

Been spending my money again. Big money this time. That's right, For the next 25 years or so i'm going to be broke.

I (Well, my girlfriend and i) have put an offer in on a house in Farnborough, Surrey and it was accepted this morning. It's all a bit scarey as i have never bought a house before. I just hope it all pans out and we don't get gazumped.

Once we have moved in i'll post up here and we can have a house warming (If anyone wants to travel out that far). It's not a million miles from Wraysbury so a quick dive and then back to mine for a BBQ (It should be nice by then) what do you say?

Welcome to the world of house buying and all the greed and bad conduct that comes with it. You will find this with sellers, future buyers, the estate agents and solicitors. When it comes to solicitors, try to find someone your family or friends have used before. Not the same company, but the same person.

Never mind think of all the diving you can do!!

Must be frustrating though, never been gazumped but my wife would probably hang the person who did it!!
