G'day from Australia

Hi there, my name is Karlis and I come from Wollongong and after surfing this sit for a little while now thaught I had better introduce my self.
I'm not GUE certified yet but will be doing fundies some time this year and planing on doing it with Liam from Dive Centre Bondi. Have been following the "DIR" philosophy for a couple years now with my gear and diving.
We have done a few dives in Sydney and the local GUE boys have been on board and I have enjoyed watching their skill.
I look forward to honing my skills and at the same time getting the stepping stones needed to do T1 and T2 later on.

Yeah have herd heaps of good things about Liam and met him a couple times, a nice bloke.

That's funny...
Fundies went well, realy enjoyed the course and Liam and Erol gave me some good tips to improve myself on.
Sorry I didn't hang around for a chat on Sunday but I was keen to get home knowing it was going to take me 2 hours to drive down.
Hopefully catch up on a dive and have a yarn.

Sounds like you had a good time! No worries about the chat, I'm sure we'll have another chance.

We can always organise some dives down South. I've done some dives around the Shellharbour area once but that was quite a while ago...

Hi mate, yeah, it was a bit chaotic in the car park - good to meet you though, glad you enjoyed the course and give us a shout next time your up, or like Pasc said, when we're down your way.
