Hey Nigel, welcome to the forum - seems to have been a bit quiet for you!

There's some folks sorting out Wednesday evening dips at Stoney which might work out well for you - presumably you're thinking about DIR and looking to find out a little more about it?

Nigel, there are lots of articles in the library about what DIR is and just as important, what it isn't.

Have a read through and if there still any questions, just give us a shout. However, one of the best ways is to go and meet people for real and not just read it all the internet.

Regards

If you only want someone to clock dives up with and are not interested in DIR, then you are probably better going onto Yorkshire Divers or Divernet to find a buddy.

All the people on here (well most of them anyway) dive with the DIR processes/equipment setup in mind and therefore want their buddies to either be the same or at least have an interest in DIR.

Hope that helps.
