| GUE Instructor Site Admin | Some smart alec just pointed out I never did an intro.... *mutter grumble* as if getting this board up and running wasn't enough *mutter grumble* OK - I'm Clare - Gledders elsewhere on the internet - may change it to that here as well now we are up and running. I learnt to dive one year ago but it's been a bit of an accelerated learning curve (veritical at times ) I'm got a bit of a reputation as a dive addict - I've done just over 300 dives in my first year and am looking forward to many more.I am fortunate to have a job where I get to dive midweek from time to time and most Fridays. My team are Al (Alistair) and Frase (Fraser) - we finished Tech 1 in September this year with Andy Kerslake UK GUE Instructor. We have some fun things planned for next year - when Fraser gets back from his sojourn in the States. In the meantime, Al and I are keeping diving, keeping the skills up and playing with scooters (or we will be when Al's Gavin arrives). In addition, I act as a technical DM for e-aquanauts who are based on the South Coast. Oh yes - and I live on chocolate ![]()

And I thought I was plugging along pretty good at 68 dives in about my first year. Mind if I use you as an example the next time my wife/kids say I want to dive too much? :D ) I'm got a bit of a reputation as a dive addict - I've done just over 300 dives in my first year and am looking forward to many more. |
