Hallo from South Africa

Hallo All

My name is Pietman Faasen, and I live in the wine-"capital" of South Africa, Stellenbosch. Its a town about 30km outside of Cape Town, South Africa.
I started diving the DIR-way in 2004, after taking AG's Fundamentals-course. I passed Tech 1 the same year.
I have been "lurking" on this board for some time, but now i will start posting!

I'm still missing the western cape area after spending some months at Simonstown Naval Base supporting the SAN.

Welcome Pietman,

I have spent some time in the Overberg area with work doing flight trials. Arniston rates as one of my top destinations in the world.

It was trip to Hermanus last April which got me back into diving after a lay off of 4 years.

I would love to go back for all sorts of reasons...
