Alex will become famous soon enoughAlex will become famous soon enough

Hello

Hi there

Many familiar names, and new avatars, so I take an opportunity to change mine, too.

Well, perhaps I should explain what I am doing on this forum. I took up diving in 2002 and soon discovered that its deep wrecks that seem to be exciting to me. In 2004 I enrolled on TDI trimix course with Rich Stevenson, who immediately discovered luck of basic skills. He said a couple of times “…a GUE diver would never do this…”. Because of the bad weather and other circumstances, the completion of the course was postponed for almost a year, and meanwhile I took an opportunity to rethink my diving and to do the Fundies. Now I can swim backwards, and I put my stages on the left. Not sure whether it really makes me a DIR diver- it is a lot to improve, and there are many GUE practices that I either don’t understand or cannot stick to (at least not yet). However, I like to learn…

So, let’s go diving!

Regards
Alex
