![]() | Hi from Milwaukee Wisconsin - USA Hi everyone, I've been lurking for weeks, so I thought I should say howdy. I'm got padi ow certified many years ago, but didn't do much diving. Recently I've decided to get back into diving. I've been doing lots of research and have decided to proceed down a dir path (I keep looking for the kool-aid) - so this site was great to find. I don't generally post much because I'm more of an internet diver at the moment so I keep my mouth shut. Last edited by voodooconstant; March 15th, 2006 at 11:23 PM. |

Hi,Just wanted to let you know that there's a great shop in Milwaukee that'll be able to help you w/DIR. It's called Deep Blue. Gert, the owner, has GUE training and sponsors a couple DIRF classes a year. Mike Kane and I will be out there in June (I beleive) teaching. I know Gert's hired a new manager recently and he tells me that he's doing a fantastic job. Good luck w/Quest, welcome to the board, and dive safe! Best Regards, Brandon |

![]() | I'm very familiar with Deap Blue. Good prices and they actually carry BP/wings and DIR gear. Do you know if your class is full? I'd be interested in DIRF. I'm finishing up my drysuit class and hope to have a dry suit by the spring. It'd be a good way to learn some good habits to practice over the summer. What did you mean about "Quest"? ====== Thanks for all the welcomes. Its a great community here. |
