PM delivery

Just a silly question: is there any posibility that PMs are not sent or do not arrive to the recipient?

I ask this as I sent 3 PM to 3 different people and got no answer at all.
Ok, my question might not be worth an answer, but 3 out of 3 seems strange.

Shouldn't be an issue.

How long since they were sent? Have they been online since you sent them? Can you ring them to find out? Do they like you?

Although saying that, I know that someone on another php board has had some issues receiving PMs.

Anyone else having problems?

One I sent on february 13th, the other 2 on the 19th.
At least one of the receipients have come to the forum after my message, and one was online when I sent the message to him
This FYI.
Lastly, no, I cannot ring them or otherwise check. Actually my request was for a contact as we have never met.

actually - nor have I.. I just thought it was because nobody liked me.. Knowing that there 'could' be a problem with the forum software gives me hope in you guys..
