recommended reading?

GUE's old site used to have a list of recommened reading. maybe the new one will too in time, but it might take for ages. meanwhile i was wondering if anyone could post the old list here?

also, how's the Quest magazine? what type of articles do they have in it?

It's in my opinion a great magazine to read, i down load the electronic, and print it out.
It has always a lot of topics: expeditons, enviorment, health, technique and equipment

The last quest had the following subjects: UKchanel diving: challenges and techinques, the Battle of Narvik and some other.

I can really recommand you to take the electronic membership.

I also certainly can recommend the Quest. The new full color Quest is great. Can't wait to get the next one.
