Fist with thumb flush against the forehead with an arm straightening motion whilst keeping the elbow in place....mostly seen after a "scenario"! :D :D

Seriously though, why would you want to signal that a valve is closed anyway mate, surely you would just correct the error? ???

Is it because of a uncorrectable valve failure? Then I would just signal that I have a valve failure, and in this case even the loss of one tank (except if it was your manifold).
