If you go to their sister site www.scubazone.co.uk they have a notice up saying the site is closed for maintenance and it will be up and running today (monday). My guess is DirDirect being down is linked to this.

the whois for dirdirect was updated on the 4th, so guessing there is something wrong with the nameservers or sumit.
