![]() ![]() | BSAC IFC Course Yes I know but bear with me on this one... So there I am, end of day 1 of the instructor foundation course, having given my subject for the "lecturette". FINS - teach people about fins for 10 mins, whilst getting them all involved etc. I was struggling a bit, until I had a brainwave - if you can't think of anything for yourself, steal it from someone who can :D Does a room with 3 people laid across desks doing frog kicks in the air sound familiar to any of you? Thanks to all those who've posted photos of themselves over at YD and to RichW at the Stoney Cove gig for showing how to teach it. It was a good lesson and went down very well indeed! |

Whenever anyone asks for tips on the BSAC instructor events the advice is often to keep it simple and get the class involved, which it sounds like you did.
