New to DIR an looking for standards

Hi guys,
I got intersted in Dir because I have noticed a few gaps in my own knowledge and diving skills.(maybe more then a few )
I am Padi Dm, about to become an Instructor.
I have been reading a bit now, but iseem not to find your standards.
I read very intersting things about many topics, I really like the fact that Dir is intersted in the fitness level of the diver, advanced skills (not only on the bottom?), equipment setups etc..
But where can I find the standards? you only dive with wings?teams? etc..
thanks!

Try looking here (gue.com/Training/index.html) for the training bits and the standards themselves are contained within this (http://www.gue.com/Training/Standard..._2006_ver4.pdf) document.
