| New Member | Hi,if interested i've posted on my blog,2 interesting videos on Wkpp and Ekpp records and push dives!! Actually, IMHO, deep linking like you do is 'not done'. Why not just post a link that refers to the source website, and be original by writing your personal comments? That should give the credits to whom they belong.HORIZONTAL ASCENT Thank's Jesca

![]() | Hi all, sorry that we did not post a report to the group these times, I promise, that we will do it next time!!! The video (in a very good quality) and a detailed report about the project from the scout trip to the survey results can be found on our website EKPP: Projects: Source de Vis 06 (August): Overview - European Karst Plain Project Thank you Brus |

Actually for EKPP video there is a page title and a link of who it belongs and where to download!!!For the WKPP there is no link, since i've uploaded from my personal DVD!Jesca Last edited by laertek; October 27th, 2006 at 01:53 AM. |

| Moderator | For the WKPP there is no link, since i've uploaded from my personal DVD! Doesn't this somewhat break the copyright requirements of the DVD?We are now going down a different subject from the original thread, ie great dives from the EKPP & WKPP. Laertek in the future if you want to highlight what the EKPP & WKPP have done, it might be worth linking to the WKPP & EKPP pages rather than your own blog which has embedded videos from them. It's your blog of course, but you might not get as much stick if you do it that way ![]()

![]() | Doesn't this somewhat break the copyright requirements of the DVD? Yes,but the wkpp video was on a payperview channel i recorded as a dvd,i always link GUE/ WKPP/EKPP on every post,so what's the problem if i put free videos on my blog?I think it's a good thing for everyone,i'm not a thief but of course if this had caused any prob,i'm sorry!Thank'sWe are now going down a different subject from the original thread, ie great dives from the EKPP & WKPP. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | the wkpp video was on a paperview channel i recorded I think that's the problem. It's not 'paperview' it's 'pay-per-view'. The video has now been watched more than once but you only paid once. You are infiringing the rights of the person who made the documentary and the channel that broadcast it. I have no great love for TV producers but when they make documentaries about underfunded dive projects and pay a fee to those projects - I like that, and if they decide to go pay-per-view to recoup that expense - then so be it.Having pirated this video - are you going to make a compensatory donation to the project involved? |
