Royal Navy/BASC tables

This might sound like a bizarre request, but ...

I have a friend here in the US who likes to collect dive tables.

He is looking for any tables from the royal navy and/or BSAC to add to his collection.

However, he would like (if possible) the actual table itself (i.e. in dive slate format), not just a copy of the numbers
.
I'd be happy to pay shipping charges etc.

anyone feel like helping someone out ?

I use my sets for training, but I'm sure there will be a few here who no longer use their's

If you get no joy they are available new here.

Hi,

If he collects tables maybe he would like a set of the ones the danish sportsdiving federation uses. It's basically a buhlman table but in a new wrapper, also if he's lucky he can get a hold of some of the old tables developed by the swedish navy it's called "standard tabellen".

Papers on the table development?

Does he have any interest in the papers of the table development? We have quite a few but we are also looking for a couple. I would be interested in hearing what he has and what he needs.

A good portion of the US table development papers are scanned and online, DCIEM papers are in process of Canadian Government Copyright waivers, the list goes on and on...

Take care,
G

He might do for sure. I didn't really ask about that though.

by the way, the BSAC tables are being reformatted for a 2007 release (no idea at which point during the year) - i don't believe that the deco is being rewritten - so best get a set now and then a new set next year

krautrob is on a distinguished road

Dekotabellen

contains a number of scanned tables. The page is in German but should be obvious to navigate.

They must be bad if Arkwright is giving something away. Can someone call him an ambulance, he must be unwell. I'm feeling generous too as I've left a very old joke up for the taking...
