Hunter Drysuits

As many of you know I bought Clare’s Hunter Dry Suit from her second-hand in January.

The suit is only about a year old but I have done well over 100 dives in it and I don’t dare think how many she did

It was absolutely fine when I bought it but recently started leaking. The first hole was patched by Hammonds, the second with Aqua Seal and then when it leaked a third time I had a hissy fit and gave up.

On the advice of both Clare and Mark Powell I returned it to Hunter and guess what?

Today a brand new suit arrived courtesy of Hunter.

I am so impressed – top marks to Hunter Dry Suits for customer service!

Fantastic! Did you chat to Arlene Bryson? She always used to get my repairs and modifications on my VSN suit done in double quick time, though having listened in on a call between her and Ian 'Protec' Clayton I gather she's going to be leaving the company soon. I think she'll be much missed by many divers who've benefited from her ability to get suit fixes and replacements through quickly.

Anyway, glad to hear Hunter/Gates are still giving such good service :-)

Tim
