![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | 100 face down / face up. I have been coasting on the fitness front for a while now and decided I needed something to amuse myself. Hence can I do 100 press ups and one hundred inverted rows..No !Actually keeping to strict form the number was 14 of both... just a little short. So Monday saw the start of a new challenge It went like this Press ups. 60 second rest intervals 10 rest 10 rest 8 rest 6 rest 10 (point where form went tits up!) Then I hung off the chin bar feet on a shelf and repeated the sequence with inverted rows. Lunchtime today was 90 second intervals 12 rest 12 rest 10 rest 10 rest 12 (point of form failure) Now turn over lie under my desk and do the inverted rows. Will I get there? Who knows. Does it serve any great function? Probably not! Does it amuse me? Errrrr yes. 10
