![]() | Or will a general fitness plan be just as benefical? After painful calf cramps at 10m I have decided to develop a better approach to my fitness to dive. This was "only" in 10m of water but I couldn't use my leg at all. I would like to go to Mexico and Florida one day, so I would prefer this didn't happen in a cave! Cheers Chris |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | It's a great book - balanced strength/cardio/flexibility program - but TBH if you think about ti and work it out with a trainer at a gym - you could come up with something similar. I'm not a swim fan - so some of it doesn't work for me.. the three most boring activities in the world are (in reverse order) - 3) Running 2) Gym/Weights 1) Swimming Lengths Guess you have to do some of them though! The book's just a short-cut.. I'm on a program too - but mine's to avoid the need for a pregnancy gusset in my drysuit... the first winter in Europe for 16 years hasn't been kind... Good luck with the increased fitness - it DOES help.
