Hi guys

Any recommend stretches to improve valve reaching?

Because of a motorbike accident I can not reach my right post with my right hand so I do all the drill with my left hand wet and dry. I can really see a big difference when I do the drill after a good strech.

How often to stretch?

As often as you like! If you do a gentle stretch every time you sit down/stand up the benefits will be all yours.

But remember..... gentle stretch.

Daily!

I had problems reaching my valves before starting stretching.
Doing my exercises daily helped me.
