Swim technique video (almost!)

Gang,

The swim video is almost done. There are demonstrations of key freestyle drills, regular freestyle swim, and underwater footage of uw swim.

I handed over all of the footage to my friend's son, who wanted to edit this as his summer honors project for school. Two birds, one stone

Anyway, we set a deadline for Sunday evening so it will finally be up in a few days.

Thanks for the feedback, those of you who sent it!

Have a great weekend!
Dawn

Lynne: You scheduled a broken rib to avoid the swim? I mean, I know you don't like the swims, but isn't that a bit excessive?

Considering I broke the rib coughing, can you imagine how much work that was?

Nope. Very very excessive though I've never broken any... However, I did once dislocate 2 ribs (it's no fun when they come poking out next to your spine) and I'm sorry. I remember that neither standing, nor sitting, nor laying down was without pain.

Good luck on your swim test, I know you probably hate them more than even I do (and I'm not much for swimming, which is why I took up diving and not swimming )

Bjorn

Swimming on the surface is okay. I'm slow but I get it done. But this swimming underwater thing, holding your breath, seems like the antithesis of scuba to me. If I'm going to swim around underwater, I'm going to do it with a regulator IN MY MOUTH!
