| Member | Hi folks Exactly what is says on the tin... A friendly banter of a competition for those wanting to become match fit before the summer. Results will be placed on the Fitness Forums of www.direxplorers.com so come and have some fun... ![]() Ok s heres the competition, if you have an Ipod and a Nikeplus attachment then I've set a challenge on the Nikeplus website: http://www.nike.com/nikeplus/ The competition runs for 30 days and is measured on the distance that you cover with your Ipod Nikeplus (running or walking). Its not scientific - its just a bit of fun - and may just give you a bit of motivation to cover a few miles in the cold spring months and work on your lung efficiency Anytakers.... drop me a pm and I'll send you an invite. If you have an ipod and wish to join the nikeplus attachment is about £20.00 from most stores and the website upload is free. You can even play on the treadmill at the gym in the comfort of aircon and MTV - If your so inclined .The challenge starts on Feb 19th, so come and play...
