| GUE Instructor Site Admin | New Fitness forum Thanks to Hassan's suggestion and Cameron Martz generosity we have a new fitness forum. I'll move some of the other threads in here when I get around to it - but in the meantime have fun. Thanks to Bob for the forum description - given when I huffed and puffed a bit too much carring kit today ![]()

| New Member | Fitness first.... Fitness is extremely important in these extreme ways of diving. Some say I am to slim being 5ft 11inch and 65kg but when I have to carry my twins fully kitted up for the next dive and not sweat a bead, I really think I am right!! Better than being a little on the chubby side and getting bent for a pass time.
