AIDA Deep Tank Freediver

Ok, so this is another non-DIR report, but felt it was worth mentioning.

This weekend I was at the SETT in Portsmouth doing the AIDA Deep Tank Freediver course with Deeperblue.net. I am now a qualified freediver, and managed to get to 19m

The course was great - the SETT is an ideal place to learn to freedive, and the instructors were excellent. One of the lectures was given by Frederic Buyle. He also joined us in the water and was happy to offer us advice on technique as well as words of encouragement.

I might get round to writing a fuller report, but I wouldn't hold your breath (pun intended ). I can thoroughly recommend Deeperblue.net and the course, and I hope I get the opportunity to do more freediving in the future.
