GUE website course evaluation form.

Hi,

I was told that there is a student course evaluation form to complete on the GUE website after a course. Can anyone direct me to where I can find this. I have logged in to GUE. However, there does not seem to be the name of the course I did under the 'My courses' section.

GUE website has recently been upgraded...

Perhaps Andy has not yet updated his bit James.

Hi,

My account was created on the new site. I guess the course may not have been updated as a completed course. I also have not managed to fax the instructor evaluation form yet as the fax macines at work have international barring.

.. ok - I actually managed to convert my fundies prov to a full pass yesterday with Mr. Blue Gloves himself..

so I thought I would go have a look at my records and check I'd filled everything in ok. I have yet to fill in the course eval form. So looking at the form:

I quote from the form:
Evaluate My Course

Your Quality Assurance form is incomplete.
Need some text here saying what 1-5 means.

There lies my question.. line 3 [Yes - it does actually say that..]

So - is 1 = First Class and 5 Poor?

Or is 1 poor and 5 First Class?

Well done on your pass.

I completed the Q and A which can be found here http://gue.com/Contact/QA/index.html

I also had to fill in an extra bit when I checked my profile a couple of weeks after the course. This bit did not have a key to what 1-5 were. I continued it in the same manner as the first Q+A .
i.e

5 strongly agree
3 neutral
1 strongly disagree
