GUE Fundamentals, October 24th - 27th, Singapore

Dear all,

We are planning a 'tentative'' GUE Fundamentals over in Singapore (theories - Singapore, dives - Malaysia) with Gideon Liew for the above stipulated dates. Maximum instructor to candidates ratio is 1:4 at all times.

October 27th, 2008 is a public holiday in Singapore and it suits all working adults perfectly. Please contact me at yihao.yang@silentexplorer.com should you need more details.

Hi Vie,

it means that the instructor have been notified of the stipulated date, seeking responses from divers till at least 3 confirmed pax before finalizing and firming the course. If divers are not free, then will organize at another date or location.

The dates fall on a public holiday and should be the last weekend where dive centers organize trips and courses for the west Malaysian islands, or resort operators on the islands till March 09, due to monsoon. So it needs a little reminding and notifying

*maybe I should state, I am 'trying to organize'. Sorry for my poor command of English.

I hate to break it to you, but 27 October is not a public holiday in Singapore. 28 October is.

Sorry, my bad. It looks like the public holiday is on 27 Oct.

It was printed on the calendar on the 28th but Ministry of Manpower moved it up a day earlier.
