GUE Tech 3

Hi,

Has anyone on the list ever taken the GUE Tech 3 course? I have heard of it only being offered twice. Once by Tyler Moon and once by AG when GUE was first started.

Why is this course never run?

I don't think that it's not a problem with it not being offered, but more to do with teams not scheduling to take the class. Allot of the GUE instructors schedule classes based on student demand.

I guess it comes down to who needs it.. even though we like to kids ourselves - how many of us are truly doing these "extended exposures" if that means Brittanic style 5 hrs dives - not that many

Why bother writing the course standards in the first place if this is the case?

Cave3 is rarely taught for the same reasons.

And if you do desire these kinds of dives, do you feel like the "advanced mentoring" is valuble/worth the logistics/etc. or does your team work up to it on their own.
