  | Red Sea Explorers - MV Tala Hi I'm not trying to mess with Johns Red Sea trip in October/November but for those that would love to go but who may be struggling with those dates then I have places available on the same boat, 'THE BOAT' in fact the only DIR diving platform in the Red Sea, the MV Tala run and owned by our very own Faisal Khalaf. I hope that nobody minds if I link to a previous report written by Iainmsmith with pictures by GLOC, I do this as our itinerary will be fundamentally identical so hopefully by reading (or re-reading) that fantastic report with the incredible pictures that you may get an idea what an awesome trip we will be having, what Faisal and the crew supply for the like minded divers amongst us is unmatched, infact for quite a few of us already signed up, this is the 2nd or 3rd time of going back such were the great times that we've had there with Fais and even A.G. on two occasions. The Tala Trip Report Trip Details: Date: Fri 27th June 08 to Fri 4th July 08 Itineray: Northern Wreck Fest and Reefs including Ras Mohammed. Vessel/Company: MV Tala/Red Sea Explorers Total Boat Cost: Will be 800 Euros, included in the price are, Airport transfers to & from, 3-4 Dives a day, 2-3 dives on last day, Dive Guides, All Food (Vegetarians, Celiac sufferers and all others are catered for with notice) Soft Drinks (Tea/Coffee/Biscuits/Fruit Juices always available, Chilled water dispensers on all decks) Single Tanks, Weight Belts Air & Nitrox are all included. Both Indoor and Outdoor towels are provided, the rooms are cleaned daily and the sheets are changed midweek. Your flights: (organised by yourselves) Local airport to Hurghada. Alcohol: Usually purchased at the airport (Although the Tala stocks enough space juice to keep you more than happy should you run out of your own supplies) Equipment hire such as X-Scooters, BP's, Harness's, Twinsets, Extra stages, Cannister lights, Wet suits or any other equipment is availabe from the crew of the Tala, all costs are very reasonable if you do want or need to hire something. | It sounds fantastic, Dave, but I will be completely out of holiday and money at that point in the year with Storm Chasing before and John's trip after so whilst I would love to do another Tala trip I will have to pass! Too many hobbies, too little cash and time... Tim |

| I did this trip last year and have booked on it again - I don't need to go over how good a boat it is do I? If you don't know read the reports on this site and Chris Boardman's write up in Diver magazine. I spent a lot of time learning to use my strobe that trip and here are my efforts Anybody else fancy coming?
