Anyone know of a good shop or some dive sites in St. Maartin?

Thanks,

Jim (looking forward to some drinks with funny umbrellas in them!)

I have a mate whose father owns a restaurant on the island and she's always trying to get me to go out there. She reckons it's the best diving in Caribbean - but I'm not sure she's been to Cuba...

we have spent quite a bit of time in st. martin and have found the diving to be great (despite things that i have heard). i'm not aware of any dir shops on the island, but i would recommend Scuba Fun. they have several shops and good boats. also, they dive both the french and dutch sides of the island. so if the conditions are subpar on one side, they can usually find a good site on the other side.
