What if you took the "right" first stage (i.e. the one attached to the valve on the tank) and rotated it 90 degrees clockwise. Run the long hose off the one side and the inflator off the other side.
And then get rid of "left" valve and reg and you'll end up with nice and clean single configuration.

Björn I will test it next time.

MonkSeal I know the discussion about the sense of a second 1st stage on a single tank. But several dive spots have these rules that require it.

Therefore I really need it. With temperatures around 5 degree I feel also a little bit better with such a configuration.

The dives I do at the moment do not reqiure a double set. That would be overkill.

Greetings!

I will post my definite setup, when I have found it.

I understood that from your earlier posts, I was just joking.

You wrote that doubles would've been overkill but have you considered using twin 7's?

No not really. I would need a new wing too. After purchasing all that DIR Stuff including a DUI TLS 350 since second half of the past year I became impoverished.

I will try different setups of hose routing without new hardware.
For the moment I like the routing of the doubles with the DS4s obliquely adjusted and the hose of the backup reg running under the corrugated hose.
It is a little lean length of the Backup while looking to the left but it works. The hoses do not bend too much.

So long!
