![]() | Stage Rigging for Newbies Links? Well, first post! I've used the search and found a few out of date links to pictures/diagrams of how to fashion your own stage rigging kit. Would anyone have any idiot-proof links I could follow? Many thanks |

| Moderator | the www.dirdiver.com one is very good. For foolproof rigging - go and buy a Halcyon stage kit. Can't get any more foolproof than that. |

Or a DIRZone kit from Phill @ Divingniknaks. I fitted one last night to one of my stages, and it took all of 5 minutes.

I have those on my stages as well. A little pricey, but it really doesn't take more than 5 minutes per tank to set it up. Very convenient :-) |

Very convenient :-) I have made my own stage kits but when I added it all up (2 X bolt snaps, cord, tube, jubilee clip, cover for jubilee clip, depth markings, rubber bands) even with some bits made for next to nothing or free, it still cost about 80% of buying a kit....so considering the time it took me to get everything together, I decided it was just easier and neater to by kits for the sake of £5![]() |

It is part of the downside to this whole DIR thing, someone already did the messing and came up with good answers (Maybe it's because I generally have more time than money)Aleksi ![]() |
