where should I fasten the bolt snap on the Goodmans handle

Here we go again... There was a heated debate on this some time ago.

If I am not mistaken, the current GUE view is to have a small boltsnap tied to the Goodman handle and a small loop of bungee tied to the back of the ballast. A double ender can be attached to it when needed. The small boltsnap should be tied with cave line to the right side of the goodman handle. This is how I have it and it's worked out well for me.

Cheers, when holding the goodman handle in left hand,should the bolt snap be on the top or on the bottom hanging down.

One thing, I think he's talking about the 10 watt light head, wich is a lot smaller than the 18 watt.
