Evolve wing using DS4 stages - hose routing pics

A couple of people have PM'd me about how I have my hoses routed. So I thought I would put up a few pictures up. I am using a Halcyon Evolve 40lb wing, Apeks DS4 first stages on Heiser cylinders.

Thread intended to help those possibly looking to use this set-up who are new to DIR. Please feel free to comment.

Alternative hose routing for right post with ports swapped. long hose now goes behind wing.

Hey Wilbo, those first stages aren't mounted very straight!

I reckon, if I was taking pictures of my rig for this forum, I'd use a spirit-level

Wilbo,

I'd swap your longhose and wing inflator hoses around mate...Looks from the pic that you'll get pinch.

The wing hose will then route nicely into the holder above the elbow...Just my thoughts on how i have mine.

I do however have a fookin huge pro 14 to grab my L/Hose!

I keep left posts drysuitlp & hp in front of the wing, and hp hose so short that the top of the pressurecauge reaches just groung when bottles standing on a flat.

My configuration has changed now when i have bought argonset and i left drysuitinflator out of my left post.

So how is it gentlemans, do i keep my winghose in my rightpost front or do i move it to left post same place where o moved suithose out?

I think i have seen somebody using suitinflator in right post and winginflator in left post? B-X

feel free

The wing inflate always comes off the right post. The drysuit feed either comes off the left post or off an Argon system.

Evolve 40 with Apeks FST first stages...

This is how I have my hose routing (all hoses in front of wing) - Apeks FSTs/Evolve 40 on AL80 double (OMS manifold) and aluminium backplate. This is a warm water rig.
