ALADIN TEC for sale

Aladin Tec for sale - bought September 2006. Excellent condition- could do with a new screen guard. Compete with original boot. Selling as upgrading to G2. Open to offers but would be looking for £100 to Include P&P.

Ian

Anybody want it before it goes on ebay

NOW SOLD

Judging by the number of posts I would keep it and wait for it breaking they will then upgrade it for nothing

Sorry couldn't resist

Aladin Tec

Fiona

Your probably right - though it does seem 100% reliable so far. Still fingers crossed.

About 160 with me but I changed the battery in October last year and the battery symobology has the 4 bars up the right hand side.

Looking for somewhere in the region of £135 to include a USB download cable, manual, DSS boot with bungee and P&P (Recorded Delivery).

I would like to use it this weekend but you can have it straight after that. How does that sound?

How about stressing the IR port by continuously reading the memory...
That will probably kill the IR port and you receive a 2G for free under warranty

It seems that all you have to do is go diving with it and that'll kill it..

Cheers

True

Although I had mine for 1 year and 10 months...
It broke just in time to be replaced within the 2 year warranty

Though I must say I didn't use it all the time... only for bigger dives where I wanted the profile afterwards...
Otherwise I used my old uwatec digital BT.
Think I did ~70 dives with it and used the IR ~30 times before it broke...

I guess i'll have to bring my b.t. on every dive from now on, you never know how long my new tec will last, even if its a G2.. but i really like smarttrak so maybe i'll carry the tec in a pocket.

Cheers
