merger is on a distinguished road


Has anyone any experience with any of thes lights, www.lights-for-me.com there made in poland, seem very well consructed, and the 4led has 6hr burntime,, why im asking is there £300.!!

Looks like a decent recreational light. However, if you're asking for GUE standards compliance then it would be a no ...

Why?

Variable power - that twisty knob is just another thing that will break with salt crystals getting in there etc - KISS - switch on/off

Magnetic switch - its a fancy solution to a problem that doesn't exist - nice simple clunky switch.

Beam is too broad and unfocussed - you want a nice tight spot that goes the distance so you can communicate.

Looks quite good though for that price.

Tested to 10 bar - so good for 90m dives ...

I would wonder about supportability ....

My thoughts ...

some good points there. so as is life,, you get what you pay for!! just wondered if anyone here had been using any of the lights shown, i handled one yesterday and was impressed with the build quality.

The unfortunate truth I'm afraid.

Keep an eye for Halcyon 9/21's coming out for sale as the LED is coming out soon so the market will be flooded with them ... I'm also considering a move into video so if I get my way I'll be trying to sell my Salvo 9/21.

Market will be flooded by 9/21 Hids after the Halcyon led...?

Did you work on the mkt study & are part of the go-to-mkt team of Halcyon Chris?
