Hello All,

Can you let me know what do you think about the new Boker Plus Cop-Tool – Fix Blade Knife?
Does anyone have any experience with it?

http://www.boker.de/index.php?c=15,,&a=02BO300

Description:
Finally, a deployment tool that easily covers the entire range of tasks in duty, service, hobby and leisure. Developed and field tested by Roy Huntington, a police officer with more than twenty years of experience. Now Wilson Tactical and Boker begin an exclusive collaboration to make this perfect tool available for a reasonable price point. The Cop Tool can be used as a lever, chisel, belt cutter, scraping tool, or as a multifunctional knife. Small, compact, and extremely effective. The bead blasted blade is made of high performance 440C stainless steel. For the perfect grip, even with gloves or wet hands. Boker uses a textured G-10 for the handle, which eliminates any danger of slipping. The high quality leather sheath with clip can be carried discreetly in the waistband, or fits well on any gear belt next to other mission tools. The Boker Plus Cop Tool comes complete with lanyard as shown, and makes the perfect everyday companion. Overall length: 6". Blade length: 1¾". Weight: 4.2 oz.

With the right waistband pouch - that would be a superb knife I reckon. Not convinced about the tassles

Jó estét ADANO!

The knife looks really good. But if you lose it, you´ll regret not having bought a cheap "kitchen" knife. The overall length of 6"/15cm is exactly what you need, but a leather sheath with clip is let´s say not good. The tassles are kind of gay (I hope nobody will consider this an offence).

Best regards
Špalek

Dobrý večer Špalek J
Thanks for the comment. I am aware that sheath is not good for diving and I think it will last only few dives. I would also change heath to standard “DIR” Halcyon style sheath.

I use one of these knives, and love it. I'm using a DIR style sheath made from webbing with it, and of course took off the lanyard.

I got mine online for around $30 US, so while it's not quite as cheap as a broken steak knife, I still won't cry if I lose it.

joonasl will become famous soon enough

Thumbs up

I thought to post some pics how this bad boy fits in sheath.
Seems to be really robust quality and def. best knife I've had so far, we'll see how this material fights against corrosion in long term use.
