Thank you

Thank you to those on this board who helped me translate and negotiate with a German Ebay seller for a Signature DUI TLS 350 (cave cut, turbo soles, two pockets etc etc etc )

It arrived today, is brand new (wrist seals still uncut, labels stil in place) and fits me absolutely perfectly, as does the hood. What is best of all is that it cost me under half the price of a new suit.

No more getting wet on dives :D

This is interesting Clare, I had it on very good authority that you were measured up "at work" (term used very loosely) recently for a new suit?

Andy did indeed come and measure me for a new suit - although the order appears to have gone 'off track' for a while - greatly delaying delivery which is currently estimated at February (from October).

In the meantime, I spotted this one. It appeared to be exactly the right size but like any ebay purchase it was a slight gamble as I had to be prepared to resell if it didn't fit - so I limited my bid to 1,000 euros. Luckily this was acceptable to the seller.

Because of various planned diving commitments next year, I was aiming to have two suits (the Hydrotech DUI and my existing Hunter suit). This way, if Hydrotech ever do manage to get me a suit, I get two TLSs - partially financed by selling my present suit.
