![]() | What wing to buy? Hello everyone even though I am not a DIR diver , I am thinking about switching from my conventional bcd to a wing system. It seems that halcyon or agir-brokk are very popular. Has anyone heard of FROG INDIGO? it looks a lot like halcyon eclipse but costs about half of it. Any views recommendations would be appreciated |

| New Member | Here you go with some options. I prefer Halcyon. The DUX or DTD wings seems to be nice and they should be cheap as well. Halcyon: DIR Dive Systems Welcome to AGIR DUX DIVING - diving products DTD - dive Welcome to DIR ZONE Last edited by Frank Griga; April 30th, 2008 at 02:55 AM. |

| New Member | anyone used the oxycheq mach v series of wings? They seem to be ultra low profile... I have a 34lb zeagle horseshoe wing and i'm thinking about changing over to a donut wing and adding a weight STA for weight on my single rig... so i'll be watching this thread with interest |

| Loner at the ball... | anyone used the oxycheq mach v series of wings? I have a Mach V Extreme (30) - it is very low profile but does not seem to hug the tank quite as closely (due to thicker inner bladder and "Extreme" wing material) as my Eclipse 30. The Mach V Extreme can also be used without a STA. I've used the Mach V with a STA (and it works fine) but if you have weight pockets attached to the sides of the cam band, the wing will really squeeze against them when fully inflated. They seem to be ultra low profile... | Loner at the ball... | Interesting vie, thanks The Indigo is basically an Eclipse clone - there are detail differences (as with the Halcyon Evolve vs. Frog Midnight comparison) but essentially the two wings are near identical.I wonder how it compares against the frog indigo... that also looks like a nice wing |
