Apeks and Dry Suit repairs

Hi All,

Need some advice here. A fellow diver from Brazil asked me to buy some regs for TECH1 diving in Brazil and send him through a common friend who is coming back home for Christmas (much cheaper here...). I was wondering if 2 ATX50 would be good enough... is the difference for the DS4 just the stupid APEKS 1/2in LP port? (sorry, I've been used to scubapro's so don't have a clue about apeks regs..) are the DS4 just a more cheap and better option?

By the way, went to http://www.divingniknaks.co.uk/ but couldn't find any regs... Phill, do you sell regs?

Last question: Runnymede closed down and they couldn't fix my dry suit (left it there for a while and it was returned to me as I left because there was no time to send it to hidrotech).. I was wondering if you could suggest a place to take my TLS 350 to fix the cuff seal that is STILL broken... I would love a recommendation in the London area that I can go using the tube or train on Saturday morning.

Regarding suit repair, Amphibian at West Norwood have a good reputation (although I have not used them for repairs personally).

Agree with Ian, SDS are the best place for TLS repairs.

I work in London but send my suit up to them for work. They can normally turn it around very quickly if you ask nicely
