New salvo video light 50 watts

Phil, is it real and salvo starts to produce this light. Have you test them yet, I read somewhere that "H" has bought all the stock 50 w hid lamps causes they have left of being produced. Can you tell us something about this new stuff, and about it´s incredible price (

).

By the way, I need the latches I get from your web page yesterday as soon as possible, please take me in you thougths.

Oh yes it's real ! Apparently they are superb, but what else would you expect from Salvo Video Lights ?

Which version are you interested in ? Dual head complete system or just heads or maybe just a single head ?

I´m interested in the complete dual 50 W with de 13,5 amp, but the dual heads could be nice too if I can use it with my 9 amp canister with e-o cord.

Dual 50's on a 9 amphour battery would be more load (~10 amps) than I would want on the battery. Might work for a little while, maybe 30 minutes, but would likely shorten the life of the pack significantly.

Any clue as to where that "somewhere" might be or was this just a jab at H? Just curious because it seems to be irrelevent to the question at hand... "somewhere" is decostop, scubaboard, and I think the GAVIN LIST also; "irrelevent" is your comment about my grammar (I would like to hear or read your spanish......no actually I don´t want to hear nothing from you).

Look boy, once upon a time there was 2 manufacturers of this 50 w HID bulb, one of them cut the line with the production of this bulb. At this time, the another manufacturer starts to think in the same way (......perhaps cause the ratio cost/profit doesn´t look fine). So, what was said is that HALCYON try to buy all the stock they can to mantain the service of their customer (I am one of their, indeed probably I have more halcyon than you).

SO, what do you want to confirm?.

My comment was meant to say that I found it hard and that the language barrier may have had something to do with the way I read your comment... Maybe not. That's what I was looking for. This sounds more of what I thought you could possibly mean but the language barrier precluded me from understanding properly. This makes more sense and isn't bashing in my opinion.

What I wanted to know is where "somewhere" is. To say that "somewhere, someone said something" is a pretty lame attempt at facts and only makes it look like you are making stuff up to bash one company and promote another. I don't think that is the case now. But, if all we have is a bunch of speculation or made up stuff from the boards, then it's hardly something to go on or believe outright.
