Unhappy Aladin Tec2G - I am confused

Yes I know it doesn't take much. But I am confused.

I have used the computer in guage mode on a couple of dives now and during the dive I have noticed the stopwatch resetting, I am not pressing any buttons. When I download the dive to Smarttrac it has bookmarked the dive. On Sunday's dive I had 3 bookmarks around 10 - 12 minutes into the dive and then one towards the end of the dive, around 36mins.

I thought it only reset the stopwatch when you pressed the button

Am I just being a numpty, second thoughts don't answer this one.

Maybe your buttons are sticking a bit?
Or you could have resetted it by accident since the buttons seems quite responsive?

I have done it multiple times on my stinger for example while jamming something in/out of my pockets, but never on my aladin (yet)

Certainly not resetting it by accident it is on my wrist unless I am pushing buttons without knowing it, which would be more worrying.

Maybe I shouldn't admit this but it hasn't been in the sea yet, only fresh water. My first sea dive is this weekend

I emailed Scubapro and will see what they say.

The sticky buttons was the first sign of impending failure on my Aladin Tech. Then they fell off and it got replaced under warranty. Sounds like the 2g is having the same issues.
