![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Some infomation provided by Gravity Zero I received: GZ is totally stiched and all seams are chimically sealed with ADS 3000 Polymer Sealant (a sort of Aquasure just like DUI). GZ RANGER suits are designed according the most modern 3D design concept and suits are made to fit perfectly. Fabric we use is the same as DUI: flexible while durable. All stressed parts are doubled with Cordura fabric (seat, knee, forearms,..). GZ adopts telescopic torso design with little difference: GZ has a zipper position more comfortable than any other suit; zipper never interfere with diver in any position (you cannot believe comfort level if you do not test). GZ has soft boot fitted as standard with the addition of Rock Boot (it means boot is perfect on foot size). GZ manufacture drysuits for other brand names but GZ has opened to different distributors and we are building a wide network of dealers. Just to name a few: www.abyssuk.com in UK www.samishdivers.com in USA www.haloclina.com in Spain and we have, with no website somebody in Poland, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Brazil..... we have the most advanced design and technology and we sell to people selling DUI. Not only a matter of price but a matter of fitting. MTM drysuits are not necessary in most of cases: a drysuit comes with loose fitting so any suit can accomodate different divers. Only in special case a MTM is necessary; MTM has to be used when necessary only! MTM is a trick when you have standard sizes as you get a standard suit with the illusion of a MTM suit. MTM is not a simple label with your name inside the suit! Note we have stocks and we deliver in a few days standard suits and it's an advantage. Anyway BE CAREFUL when taking measurements for a MTM suit as all manufacturers have different cutting patterns and they have different approach to dry diving. Our suits are designed considering you will adopt a correct thermal protection with modern thinsulate undersuit. I'll disclose more suit pictures of the suits in very next days to offer a sort of virtual tour of my products but you can be confident each GZ drysuit is intended for demanding diver and all projects come from military design. I wish to enlarge market areas and I would be quite happy to accomodate more divers worldwide. One of the best GUE and PDIC exponents in Brazil are diving GZ drysuits and I think they do as the are happy with products." |

From your fist post it seems you are looking for information about the suit, but your last post makes it appear you sell this suit. So, just be upfront with everyone and you will have a good time. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | OK, Thanks I will present my self. No, I'm not selling the suit. I don't sell any kind of diving equipment. I'm just a buyer and a simple diver. I'm only interested to know if the suit is good. The information I posted is simple what I received from the manufacturer. Thanks Duarte S. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Comparison between DUI, URSUIT, BARE, Haloclina Básico (GZERO Ranger TXT) and Haloclina CAVE CUT (GZERO Military Ranger TXT): http://www.haloclina.com/trajes_archivos/trajesDIR.htm From the www.thedecostop.com foruns: “You may want to check out Samish Divers, http://www.samishdivers.com/. They are located in your neck of the woods and carry a suit by Gravity Zero. I've seen/dove their TXT trilam and it is nearly identical to the TLS350. It is a front entry trilam with teloscoping torso and uses Rock Boots. It has si-tech valves, cordura reinforcements on the arms, legs, and crotch/seat, and comes with 2 thigh pockets. The biggest difference is it has a non-metalic zipper, which I'm told, is the same as what Seals and Rangers use on their dry bags during amphibious assaults. It is also priced and just over a grand. That also includes free shipping and a life-time warranty on seam leaks. They also have a 2 mm hyper-compressed neoprene suit, although I have not personally seen it. They are a new online shop but since you are close, I almost guarantee that they would meet with you so you can try on the suit and they could answer any questions you might have. Please post your impression, good or bad, if you decide to check it out. At half the price of the DUI, it seems like it could be worth your time.” Again I say that I’m not selling the suit. I think I will buy one. I’m only collecting information about the suit and sharing with the other DirExplorers.com members. I hope that other people who already tryed the suit can say something and talk about the experience before I make my order.... |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Looks like another DUI clone (not meant in a bad way). I do not know the suit at all. The way they say "it's loose fitting, so should fit anyone" does not sound ideal (I suppose it depends on your build: if you are thinner than average this might make it very loose). I did get myself something quite like it: http://www.tauchguide.net/oscommerce...roducts_id=123 . I am quite happy with it, certainly as it is about half of what a DUI would cost. The boots I will change to "rockboot-socks" once they wear out, and they have made the neckseal slightly on the large side (fine for now, but with expected stretch it might become too loose). Definately easy to dive with, and it feels like strong material.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | YES! I bought one of this suits and my friend to! I received the suit this week. For now I'm VERY satisfied, but only Sunday I will try it in the water. See: http://homepage.oninet.pt/565mbc/gzero/ Sorry for the photos, but we only had one bad camera, no sunshine and the model is not a great thing (a small and fat guy...). Sunday I will take more photos to my friend. He choose the "Cave Cut" model with the rock boots. After the dive, and when possible for me (I have lots of work now) I will post a report. See you soon Duarte S. |
