![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Replacing rear dump cord I've seen a few people mention that they replace the rear dump cord+toggle with a thicker piece of cord so it's easier to find with gloves on.... So.... What have people replaced theirs with? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I relpaced the cord on my single tank wing after initially fitting a toggle, then cutting it off and finding the remaining cord too short (oops...) I used #36 guage braided nylon (sometimes called 'wreck' line) from an old Dive Rite reel which is a bit thicker (not much but I still had to drill out the hole) and stiffer than the stuff H use. Works pretty well, though I haven't bothered on my doubles wing (can still grip the cord by winding a finger around the OPV). Joe |
