Heisers

Dont know if this is the right place but heres a question.
Why are people using Heisers in the sea? Great for cave, but hard to get a balanced rig in the sea.

Empty (or close to) twin 18s I am close to neutral. I use them for deep stuff with high helium and they are fine. I found 104s in freshwater alot more negative.
