It depends on the length of the dive.

I plan on V-Planner set at conservatsim level 2.

For 100m this will give you deep stops starting at about 78m for say 20 mins.

I have V-Planner set up so that it gives me 1 mins as soon as it hits the deep stop zone and then these get longer at a certain point, again depending on the length of the dive.

If the stop is 1 minute, then I spend that time in a slow ascent from the previous stop. I try to arrive and then leave immdeiately as the minute is ticking over.

If the stop is two minutes, then I generally take a minute to get there and then stay for a minute. I know that some people try to take two minutes getting there in these circumstances.

Cheers

Mike

You start them at 80% of ata and do minimum 20 sec and max 5 minutes or you are in efective saturation until mid stops

i'm thinking of 10-12 min BT at 97-103 meters so would probably go with 20 sec' , do you guys do a stop , than move up , stop ...... - do you take the time it takes to get to the next stop as part of the stop time or not ?

i useally count the moving up time as part of the stop for dives in the 45-70 meters range , what dou you do for depper dives ?
