    Jeroen,

As far as i know diving in Blautopf is only permitted to one or two groups and is closed to the general public which is a shame. One of those groups is found under http://www.blautopf.org/. I think that after his initial explorations JH got to get the cave closed and strict restrictions apply to divers not diving in his group.
I am sure others have more insight into all this so will be interested in their input as well.

    BR,

    Hello.
I am from Germany so I know diving Blautopf
is only possible if you are in the
    "Höhlenforschungsgruppe Ostalb-Kirchheim".
    Its a pitty but fact.

Your equipment and skills look to good! They will not let you go there until:

-You wear a helmet with at least 12 lights
-Stuff your long hose where the sun never shines (or on your tank)
    -dive homoepathic trimix
    -use a selfmade rebreather
-wear an old kitchen sink around your head
    - promise to dive not further than they have been
-call yourself a serious scientist without having fun while diving

    No, just joking.
I suggest contacting Andreas Kuecha. use his name seperated with a "." and add
    @kartsforschung.de for his email adress.

    regards

    Michael
