I've attached a pic of mine, don't know if you can see much though. I use a Dragon harness from www.dragon-speleo.co.uk Cylinders are attached with a clip in a snoopy loop round the bottom of the bottle so that the connection is removable in an emergency, the top is attached using the harness's clip at the top. Second stages are clipped to a neck lanyard. I use Cyklones as they react better to mud and silt. I don't use a long hose. If both divers are managing sidemounts properly then there is no need to share. If there is some need to share then you can swap a functioning bottle with the failed one from the other diver. In sidemount caves you want hoses as short as is practical to avoid snagging too.
