![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Ceuva del Moraig - Spain Anyone dived, or know anything about Ceuva del Moraig, Cumbre del Sol - Spain? I've found a useful website (http://www.weber-joerg.de/moraig.htm) which I'm slowly working my through, but was wondering if anybody had firsthand experience. cheers, Paul |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | It is indeed. It's around £12 a year for the newsletter, not sure if that gives access to the online archives. You can get back issues from Caving Supplies in Buxton. The Moraig entries in the newsletter index: http://www.cavedivinggroup.org.uk/cg...in&cave=moraig

![]() | Moraig Hi, I dive the Moraig several times a year with my buddies, when conditions permit... Water temp is OK about 19ºC. The entrance is via the sea which can be a pain sometimes when the surf is too tough. Also the vis is very much influenced by the flow. Flow is getting weaker now as "rainy season" is over and the cave is getting better for swim dives. We generally scooter there. After 700 mtrs the line is in very bad shape. Each time we go we have to do repairs on several spots. Vis beyond that point is not so brilliant due to roof percolation. Finding the entrance by yourself is a bit difficult the first time. Next time you come around Spain drop me a line and we go diving. Regards, JJK |
