| New Member | Scubatools (Peter Built Co.) Closing Down I've found out in the last couple of days that Peter Built Co. are closing down, and have limited stock...what a bummer. Can anyone advise on another top class scuba tool maker/distributor (especially for Scubapro). Matt |

| Doing It Caverkevin | You build a business. Part of that is your customer base. These are considered a asset when selling a business. They have value. Imagine spending a bunch of money for a business. You get the keys and go in and goto work. Just to realize you don't know who you are going to provide goods and services to for the exchange of money. Also isn't nice to know you are worth something instead of being given away for free ![]() Beside.....I don't think they will be gone for long. I just ordered stuff a few weeks ago. Only a few things were out of stock. Then there is the announcement and all the good stuff is gone. Look at the list of machine tools that have been sold. Leads me to think someone else is setting up shop. Cheers!! Kevin ...Is this normal business manners? This is understood but the list is being sold separate from the business so is not being used as an asset for a new owner but likely is more useful to a competitor.Imagine spending a bunch of money for a business. I don't know if this is the case in the states
