  | DIR-X baton goes Egypt Dear all, Roel and I had the honour to take the DIR-X baton with us on our holiday to Egypt. We stayed at the Ecolodge Marsa Shagra (http://www.redsea-divingsafari.com) close to Marsa Alam in the south of Egypt. We made wonderful dives with a lot of turtles, barracudas, lion fishes and even a hammerhead shark!!!  On our last day of diving we took the baton with us to Samadai West, also known as Dolphinhouse. The dive started with a cavern zone. For me it was magnificent and it gave me a good feeling and a confirmation that I really want to do Cave1 next year (but first my fundies in Hemmoor in a couple of days  ).Roel finally felt a little bit at home after all those open water dives  .For some short movies of the holiday take a look at http://picasaweb.google.com/esther.van.seters/DuikvakantieMarsaShagra02. Pictures will follow soon. Back in the Netherlands we handed the baton over to Marloes, who took it with her on her trip with Heleen to Mexico for their Cave1 course. | GUE Instructor Site Admin  | Fantastic post and photos. Good to see you had a good trip and the Baton continues its progress  When are Marloes and Heleen in Mexico? I'm out there in two weeks....

| Hi Clare, As far as I know Marloes and Heleen (and the boys) will start their course coming monday and I believe they will stay about 2 weeks. | Mexico Hi Clare, Yes we missed each other, we just came home. It was a really great course, and a lot of beautifull dive's after, without Fred Devos making it difficult for us  Enjoy your time in the Riviera maya. Greetings Marloes |
